How do we determine how much to charge for our services?
Step 1 - We speak to you on the phone and/or exchange emails to identify the challenges you are experiencing and tasks you are considering outsourcing.
Step 2 - We identify what those tasks are currently costing the company or NPO.
Step 3 - We review current in-house policies and procedures and review any documents or program templates you use in-house.
Step 4 - Our experts draft a preliminary proposal which will include an Overview, Objective, Opportunity, Solution, Strategy, Resources, Timelines and Pricing/Terms.
Step 5 - We present a proposal to you and schedule a time to review proposal.
Step 6 - Upon approval, a contract is prepared and presented to the client for final approval and implementation.
